OUR WAY

National Control Centre

As part of the Black Diamond Security business plan for 2020 it was our aim to design and build a state-of-the-art National Control Centre to enable us to offer a unique and all-encompassing service to our clients.

This has been a great success !!

Therefore, I would like to introduce you to the Heart of our business – our 24 Hour National Control Centre (NCC).

We are one of the very few companies’ in the UK that supply an in-house end-to-end security solution of this calibre.

By recruiting, training and inducting all of our staff we can ensure that the service we offer our clients is first class. We design build and maintain all our equipment and by having a fully functioning National Control Centre we are can now monitor all our operations from our central NCC.

We took the time to plan, research and build this service to ensure we only used the best software available on the market.

The IMMIX monitoring platform is proven to increase dramatically the efficiency of central alarm monitoring stations offering next generation video monitoring services. Immix integrates with more than 500 leading video, audio, alarm and GPS systems to deliver a single “pane of glass” user interface. This vast integration library allows our control centre to provide service across all of our customers, supporting different devices from different manufacturers yet delivering a seamless service to our clients.
It was always our plan to develop the business so that we are not reliant on any second-tier partners.

This allows us to have full control of all aspects of the business, as well being able to market CCTV Monitoring, Lone Worker, 24/7 help desk facilities to businesses all provided by our NCC.
