What a strange but busy year !

Happy New year from all the Black Diamond Security team.

As we reflect over the last year, as a nation we have faced the most challenging of years in business and in our personal lives.

However, it has been a very busy year for Black Diamond Security and we have seen our business grow and our team expand with a number of new employees joining us in 2020, plus new appointments due to commence in 2021.

Development Manager
Our new Development Manager joined us in January 2021.
Tom brings with him great knowledge and expertise of project managing security installations and electrical engineering within the Rail and Commercial sectors. We look forward to Tom joining the team and expanding the services we currently offer to new and existing clients.

Engineering
Our team of specialist engineers has also grown! Our engineers install our bespoke technology and have recently employed another 3 engineers to ensure our clients level of service is not disrupted or affected by the increase in our security solutions being in demand nationwide.

New Business Development Manager
Kelly joined us in July 2020 to focus on the new business sector of our business, with her role evolving to include Account Management to ensure the levels of service to our customers is always at the forefront of our business.

Coming from a background of sales and account management within construction and the education sector, Kelly brings with her a strong focus on building relationships to understand the customers needs and finding the right solution to support them and their business.
